1. SHIPPING TIME

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days (most orders ship faster).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed slightly β€” we will notify you via email if this happens.

  • Transit times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.


2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate.
We work to process orders quickly β€” please contact us immediately if you believe an incorrect shipping address was entered. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.


3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information are subject to a restocking fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.


4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

XCLEVY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier and local authorities.


5. RETURNS

XCLEVY accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

6. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will wait until all items are available before dispatching, unless otherwise arranged.


7. IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or fees applicable to their shipment. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery in the destination country.
